The Health Education Exhibition and Resource Centre is located in Block S4 of Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon (U1 level of Exit A1 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station). It was officially opened on May 17, 1997. The Centre occupies the old barrack block, S4 of the Former Whitfield Barracks, which is now a Grade I historic building.

The Centre has two floors, featuring an exhibition hall, a mini-theatre, a lecture room, an outdoor health education garden, etc. to provide various health education activities. It also operates a mobile education centre (a publicity vehicle) to promote messages on food safety, environmental hygiene, green burial, etc. to members of the public.

The Centre will officially close on 15th October 2026. The Mobile Education Centre and all other health education outreach activities remain unchanged. Please stay tuned for latest updates.
