To assist food business operators in meeting the requirements of the Hygiene Manager (HM) and Hygiene Supervisor (HS) Scheme (the Scheme), this department is offering free HS Training Courses for those who would take up the duties of an HS. Courses are mainly conducted in Cantonese, but English courses are also available on need basis. Trainees who successfully complete a course and pass a test will be awarded a certificate.

Those who wish to enroll in an HS Training Course should complete an enrollment form and have it sent to the relevant District Environmental Hygiene Office or Licensing Office (for licence applicants only) of the FEHD for arrangements.
