To assist food business operators in meeting the requirements of the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor (HS) Scheme (the Scheme), this department is offering free HS Training Courses for those who would take up the duties of a HS in licensed food premises. Courses are mainly conducted in Cantonese, but English courses are also available on need basis. Trainees who successfully complete a course and pass a test will be awarded a certificate.

Those who wish to enrol in a HS Training Course should complete and submit the enrolment form online or sent the completed form to the relevant District Environmental Hygiene Office or Licensing Office (only applicable for enrolment related to premises under application for food business licence) of the FEHD in person or by post for arrangements.
