To streamline the application process and shorten the time for applications to obtain a licence, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) enhances the payment arrangement of Temporary Food Factory Licence fees starting 1 November 2025.  Applicants will have to enclose the fee payment for the grant of a licence. FEHD will handle the application as usual. Upon the approval of applications, the FEHD will issue the notification letter and relevant licence to the applicant.
