Electronic Submission of Applications

Introduction
Starting from January 2013, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) will accept online filing of applications with the use of electronic application form(e-Form) through the Internet.

Recommended System Requirements (Mobile Version)
To use the mobile version of e-Form, the recommended system requirements are listed as follows:

i)    Apple iOS

    1. iOS Version 9.0 or above(Version 10.0 or above is recommended)
    2. iPad Air or newer / iPad mini 2 or newer / iPad Pro or newer
    3. iPhone 5S or later
    4. App is available on Apple AppStore
    5. Safari web browser

ii)   Android OS

    1. Android 4.4 or above(Android 5.0 or above is recommended)
    2. 2GB RAM or above
    3. App is available on Google Play
    4. Google Chrome web browser

iii)  Internet Connection Bandwidth:

    1. 512 Kbps or above
