Seats and souvenirs are limited and available on a first come first served basis.

The talk will be cancelled if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory and is still in force at or after 7:00 am on the day of the talk.
