Arrangements for Open Auctions of Public Market Stalls under adverse weather are as follows:

• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or expected to be hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" after super typhoons announced by the Government is/are in force or expected to be in force, for any duration within 2 hours before the commencement of the auction on the date specified in the Auction List, the Auction on that day will be cancelled.
• When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8, or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" after super typhoon announced by the Government is/are in force during auction, the Auction on that day will be cancelled.
