1. Food-related dry goods/Preserved food
   e.g. bean thread noodle, Chinese sausages, dried beans, dried cabbage, dried meat, dried mushrooms, dried shrimp, dried squid, eggs, groceries, noodle / vermicelli / pasta, peanuts, preserved bean curd, preserved eggs, preserved fruits, preserved vegetables, rice, salted fish

2. Fresh Fruits

3. Prepacked food and drinks
   e.g. bottled/canned sauces/seasonings, bottled/canned food, bottled / canned non-alcoholic drinks, tea leaves, tinned food, wrapped and packed food

4. Bread, Cakes and Confectioneries
   e.g. biscuits, bread, cakes, pudding (including the sweet /salty pudding in Chinese style) (bread, cakes, and pudding must be sold from showcases), Sweets

5. Chinese herbs and medicines

Remark: If approval is granted by the Director, any other approved commodities may be sold.
