In accordance with the conditions for release of the subsidy, subsidy will be disbursed in 2 tranches. Upon releasing of the first tranche of subsidy and before the second tranche of subsidy will be released, a notification duly signed by the licensee (authorized person in case of a corporation) shall be submitted to the FEHD in February 2021 confirming that the related food business licence is valid and the catering business at the above licensed premises is still in operation.
Obtaining Notification Form
Starting from 1 February 2021, eligible applicants may submit to the FEHD the Notification online or download the Notification form from the FEHD website (www.fehd.gov.hk) for submission in February 2021. Alternatively, they may obtain the form in person at District Environmental Hygiene Offices (DEHOs) during office hours.

Submission of Notification
Applicants may submit the Notification in February 2021 by the following means:
- Click the Online Submission link below for login to the related application account to check and sign on the electronic Notification form and then submit the Notification online; or
- Return the completed paper Notification by post to the DEHO in the district where the licensed premises are located; or
- Submit the completed paper Notification in person to the DEHO in the district where the licensed premises are located.
The opening hours of District Environmental Hygiene Offices are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
