Video Description:

Attention all pet owners! Since the Government relaxed the restrictions to allow dogs into eligible food premises, all of us have been thrilled at the prospect of dining out with our furry friends ☕. But be a responsible owner and comply with the FEHD's statutory conditions when visiting a restaurant!

Today, let us share the second tip with you✨

When your dog is present on permitted food premises, it must satisfy either of the following conditions: (1) being securely held on a leash of “not more than 1.5 metres” in length by an adult; or (2) being securely tied to a fixture on a leash of “not more than 1.5 metres” in length. ⚓🐕 💡 Remember, even if a dog is inside a stroller, the owner must still keep it on a leash! 💡 The leash must be held by an adult — it can't be held by a kid!

A “fixture” refers to a device fixed to the floor or a wall. Non-fixed chairs or dining tables (which can be moved at any time) must not be used to attach a dog leash!

Let's all be decent pet owners, respect fellow diners, and enjoy our mealtimes with dogs in a pet-inclusive environment!
