1. The list published on the FEHD dedicated webpage (“this webpage”) only sets out the food premises (excluding food rooms) that are currently permitted for presence of dogs on food premises. Hyperlinks are provided to the respective restaurant house rule (“house rule”) governing the permission of dogs into their premises, for ease of public reference.
2. The list of food premises and the information published on this webpage do not constitute, and should not be construed as, any express or implied endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by the FEHD in respect of the food safety, environmental hygiene, service quality or compliance with statutory requirements of the relevant food premises. The house rules are prepared and provided solely by the respective food premises and are made available on an “as‑is” basis. FEHD makes no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose of the house rules, nor does it warrant that they are free from computer viruses or do not infringe any third‑party rights. The provision or facilitation of hyperlinks to the house rules does not constitute any express or implied statement, representation or warranty by the FEHD as to agreement or disagreement with the contents concerned.

Although FEHD has made every effort to ensure that the list of food premises is accurate and up‑to‑date, FEHD makes no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information. Any changes to the permission status of the food premises (including suspension, revocation or expiry) may not be immediately reflected on this webpage. The information provided on this webpage is for reference only.
