In addition to the two existing forms (Forms UBW-1 and UBW-2) for certification of food business premises free of unauthorised building works in food business applications, food business licence applicants or licensees may now use the newly prescribed Form UBW-1a or Form UBW-2a for the aforesaid certification and certification of unauthorised signboards under the Signboard Validation Scheme (SVS) simultaneously.
