(c) Every batch of frozen confections should be heat treated before sale of human consumption; (d) Manual for cleansing and sterilization process and maintenance of the machine shall be attached with the machine to the retailer/operator for observance; and (e) Only sanitizing/sterilizing agent approved by the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene shall be used for cleaning and sterilization of the machine. |
