Admission: The seminar is free for admission and tickets will be distributed at the entrance of the venue starting from 1:45 p.m. on that day on first-come-first-served basis.  No reserved seating will be provided.
Remarks:
  1. If Black Rainstorm Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, and the signal is still in force before 8 a.m. on the event day, the seminar will be cancelled without further notice.
  2. If the venue for the seminar is unable to provide full services, the seminar will be cancelled.  The new seminar schedule will be announced in due course.

  3. Eating or drinking is not allowed in the venue.

  4. All audiences should strictly follow all precautionary measures adopted by the venue.
