Summer Intern (Salary: HK$11,500 per month)

must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are currently full-time students of the local or non-local post-secondary institutions (applicants who are expected to graduate in 2026 will not be considered);

major or minor in Creative Media, Multimedia Design or equivalent fields;

have experience in producing videos or animations, including script writing, shooting and using video or animations editing software;

are fluent in spoken Cantonese and possess good Chinese and English reading and writing skills; and
-
preferably have completed the second year of study.
Duties: Assist in producing videos or animations for internal training, including the compilation of script, planning and shooting of the videos or animations, post-shooting production and compilation of training notes; and to provide administrative support related to the implementation of training programmes.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be engaged under non-civil service appointment terms. The period of employment is from July to August 2026 (around 8 weeks). Interns are normally required to work 44 hours per week and may also be required to work outside normal office hours, during weekends or public holidays. Overtime work, where necessary, will be compensated by time off in lieu.

Hong Kong students studying in local post-secondary institutions should apply through the Student Affairs Offices / Career Centres of their respective institutions. They are advised to note the deadlines set by the respective institutions.
Students studying in non-local post-secondary institutions should complete and scan the application form, together with copies of their official transcripts and certificates, and send by email to Train@fehd.gov.hk on or before the closing date for application. Applications not using the prescribed application form for the summer internship programme, or submitted without any one of the required documents specified above, or late submission, will not be processed.
Interview will be conducted in May 2026 in Hong Kong. Candidates who are not invited to selection interviews by the end of June 2026 may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
