Summer Intern (Salary: HK$11,500 per month)

Entry Requirements: Applicants must-

  1. be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;

  2. be students pursuing a full-time Bachelor degree with major in Marketing, Communications, Social Works or Public Health offered by post-secondary institutions locally or overseas;

  3. possess good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and a good command of Putonghua; and

  4. have good knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Chinese input method.

Duties:

  1. To organise and conduct talks, guided tours and exhibitions for the general public to introduce and promote green burial services of the Department;

  2. To assist in other promotional works as necessary; and

  3. To perform administrative duties in the day-to-day management of the Office.

Working location:

Units 3501-3511 and 3520-3525, 35/F, Tower 1, Metroplaza, 223 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fong, New Territories.

Terms of Appointment: 

Successful candidates will be engaged under non-civil service appointment terms.  The period of employment is approximately 3 months from June to August 2026.  Interns are normally required to work 44 hours per week and may be required to work outside the Office and / or outside normal office hours, during weekends or public holidays.  Overtime work, where necessary, will be compensated by time off in lieu.
