- persons aged 65 or above or aged under 16 with no accompanying adult
- persons with disability; and
- other persons recognized by the Government or organization(s) authorized by the Government .

All staff members involved in the operation of the business on the premises must have fulfilled COVID-19 vaccination requirements of Vaccine Pass Direction
- Staff members, who are unfit to receive vaccination because of health reasons and holding COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate, are required to make a declaration to their employers using the specified form and must undergo COVID-19 testing once every 7 days
- All staff (including recovered person or staff members holding COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificates) must conduct RAT every three days before entering the premises
- From now to 1 June 2022, in respect of a staff member who is a recovered person, the vaccination requirement is as follows:—
- if within 6 months from recovery: no additional dose required;
- if having received the second dose or third dose before COVID-19 infection: no additional dose required;
- (i) if after 6 months from recovery and had not been vaccinated before COVID-19 infection:—
- within 6 months from the first dose: must have received the first dose; or
- after 6 months from the first dose: must have received the second dose (the second dose is not required for a person aged 12-17 who took Comirnaty as the first dose); or
- (ii) if after 6 months from recovery and having received the first dose before COVID-19 infection: must have received the second dose (the second dose is not required for a person aged 12–17 who took Comirnaty as the first dose).
- Person-in-charge must collect and retain the vaccination record, recovery record or COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate of staff members for inspection by an authorized officer
- Must not exceed 100% of the seating capacity.
- Must use the "QR Code Verification Scanner" mobile application provided by the Government to scan the customers' QR code of COVID-19 vaccination record or recovery record or COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate for local use.

- Must use the “LeaveHomeSafe” or pursuant to "Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation" (Cap. 599F) that three types of specified persons are allowed to complete a specified form as an alternative measure

Specifications of floor plan for designated zones
As stated in the latest directions, if a catering business holds Bar Endorsement and Karaoke Permit) chooses to operate as a bar/pub or karaoke establishment, or operate one part as a bar/pub and another part as a karaoke establishment before the commencement of the specified period. It must display a floor plan of its premises (if the premises has more than one floor, then it must display a floor plan for each floor) next to the notice with the following specifications to signify the content as set out below in a way that is clearly legible and unobstructed for differentiating and identifying that the different designated zones:
- The size of the floor plan for each floor must not be less than 297 x 420 mm (A3 size);
- The letters in the floor plan must be black in colour, the font type must be Times New Roman, and the font size must not be less than 16; and
- The floor plan for each floor must be drawn to scale to indicate the location of each "Designated Zone" (including Bar/Pub Zone and Karaoke Establishment Zone), its size, the location of each dining table therein. The relevant content (including the "Designated Zone" in particular colours, i.e. light peach for Bar/Pub Zone and green for Karaoke Establishment Zone) must be shown as specified on the related FEHD webpage for identification.
