The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) has commissioned Consumer Search Hong Kong Limited (CSG) to conduct the captioned survey between November 2018 and July 2019 to understand the ways in handling cremated ashes by users of Government cremation service and the public views on green burial.
The captioned survey would be conducted in 2 parts: (i) Telephone survey to previous users of Government cremation service; and (ii) Household survey to occupiers of household units. During the above mentioned period, FEHD will issue letters to selected citizens and households, inviting them to participate in the survey and to offer invaluable opinion.
