New niches of Tuen Mun Tsang Tsui Columbarium of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) will be allocated from 2 November 2020 (Mon). Niche allocatees may arrange the deposition of ashes of deceased and installation of memorial plaque from the date of allocation. The 20-year interment period will also be started from the date of allocation. Please note the following arrangements:-
- The ashes of deceased shall be deposited in the allocated niche within six months from the date of niche allocation;
- Niche allocatees shall engage any one of the contractors registered under FEHD to arrange ash deposition. Particulars of the contractors can be downloaded from the following link- (https://www.fehd.gov.hk/english/cc/lrm.pdf); and
- The contractor shall, at least 3 days prior to the date of ash deposition, make appointment via the online “Works Booking Services” (only for registered trade users) of FEHD.

Since there is currently no bus travelling to and from Tsang Tsui Columbarium, the public may take taxi from MTR Tuen Mun station to the Columbarium. To facilitate the public, FEHD will provide a limited free shuttle bus service plying between Public Transport Interchange of Tuen Mun “V city” and the Columbarium. Service users shall, at least 3 days before the use of shuttle bus service, make reservation via hotline (Tel.：5336 0135). Seats are limited and by reservation only, first-come-first-served.
