Tenders are invited from time to time by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department for the procurement of a wide range of services. Notice of major tender will normally be gazetted in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette and published in 4 newspapers on Fridays (except Public Holidays):-

1. Sing Tao Daily;
2. Hong Kong Economic Journal;
3. Hong Kong Economic Times;
4. South China Morning Post.

You are welcome to submit your proposals and tenders if you can meet the requirements specified.

Application for Inclusion in the FEHD Supplier Lists

FEHD maintains lists of suppliers of goods and services for issuing tender notifications. Application for inclusion in the FEHD Supplier Lists is free of charge. Any firm not currently included but wishing to be considered for inclusion in these lists may apply in writing to the

Applications received will be processed by the Department. Subject to confirmation of their credentials, those firms that are found acceptable will be included in the Department's Supplier Lists. Their continued inclusions in these lists will depend on their demonstrated ability to offer competitive tenders and on their performance in connection with any order(s) or contract(s) which they have been awarded. The Department reserves the right to review the status of a firm as a FEHD Supplier in the light of any new information that may affect such status.

Firms in the FEHD Supplier Lists will normally receive notification on tender issued for the supply of category(ies) of goods or services, for which they have been included as suppliers, as and when opportunities arise.
