The Private Columbaria Ordinance (the Ordinance) has been enacted. To facilitate the private columbaria trade in understanding the Ordinance and the application eligibility criteria for licence, exemption and temporary suspension of liability, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) plans to conduct a briefing with details as follows –
