Hearing of the following cases will be held in the Conference Room, Room 102, 1/F., 258 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

  1. Application for Renewal of Liquor Licence in respect of 聯發小廚 at Shop A, G/F, Fu Cheong Building, 29-35 Temple Street, Kowloon.
  2. Application for New Issue of Liquor Licence in respect of JEON PO at Unit B and C of Shop 2, G/F, Tai Wah Building, 65-67 Kok Cheung Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon.
  3. Application for Renewal of Liquor Licence in respect of DRAGON CAFE at G/F, 55 Ma Liu Shui San Tsuen, Fanling, New Territories.

Liquor Licensing Board (LLB) Open hearings

Special Precautionary Measures to avoid the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

In view of the impact of COVID-19 in the community, the following special precautionary measures are imposed with reference to the advice of Department of Health to reduce the risk of spread of the disease:

  1. To avoid the gathering of people in an enclosed environment, only limited public seats will be available for open hearings of the LLB in the interim.  Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Starting from 1 November 2021, except for exempted persons (i.e. persons who are aged below 12 or aged 65 or above, and those with disabilities that render use of the app difficult)[1], all persons will be required to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the LLB venue.
  3. All persons attending the open hearing of the LLB are requested to have their body temperature checked.  When having respiratory symptoms, such as fever, sore throat and cough, the person should not visit the LLB venue including the Conference Room and seek medical advice promptly.
  4. All persons are required to have their body temperature measured at the entrance of the venue by the staff.  If a body temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or above is recorded or the person is having respiratory symptoms, he/she will be advised to leave the venue and seek medical advice immediately.
  5. All persons entering the venue of the LLB including the Conference Room should wear a surgical mask.  All individuals should wear a surgical mask at all times when staying at the venue of the LLB. All hygiene supplies including surgical masks are to be arranged by the individuals themselves and will not be provided by the LLB.
  6. Persons undergoing compulsory quarantine or medical surveillance at quarantine centre, home or other accommodation and those undergoing isolated medical treatment in hospital or other accommodation are not allowed to visit the LLB venue including the Conference Room for the open hearings.

Note[1]: Persons who are aged below 12 or aged 65 or above, and those with disabilities that render use of the app difficult, will be exempted from the requirement of using the app when they enter the LLB venue. However, they are required to complete a record form to register their names, the first four digits or letters of their identification documents, their contact numbers and the date and time of their visits. They are also required to present relevant identification documents for verification at the request of the staff on-site during registration. The staff will also verify the contact numbers by making phone calls.
