and obtain information pamphlets and application forms etc. You may also choose
to listen to our pre-recorded messages on our services. You may also call 1823
Citizen's Easy Link (24 hours a day) to make suggestions, enquiries and lodge
complaints.

You
may send your written suggestions, enquiries and complaints to us by the following

When you send
your suggestions, complaints or enquiries, please leave your day-time contact
phone number to facilitate our follow-up action.
We
pledge to reply to all enquiries and complaints, oral or written, within 10 days
of receipt of such communications. If a substantive reply is not possible within
this period, an interim reply will be given.
